Complete bikes are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 days, while international shipping varies by location and customs processing.
Will my BMX bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a sturdy box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. Basic tools and instructions are included.
What is your return policy for parts and apparel?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or customized wheels cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?
Yes, all frames and forks are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers structural defects but does not include damage from normal wear and tear or improper landings.
